About the role
Supervise daily operations of hotel food and beverage outlets ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction. Coordinate staff, maintain hygiene standards, control stock, and achieve revenue targets.
What you’ll do
• Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations. • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints. • Assign duties and monitor staff performance. • Control stock and monitor inventory. • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
What you’ll bring
• OND, HND or Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field. • 2-3 years in food and beverage operations. • 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred. • Knowledge of POS and stock control. • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
