About the role
Supervise daily operations of hotel food and beverage outlets ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Coordinate staff, maintain hygiene standards, control stock, and support revenue targets.
What you’ll do
• Supervise daily operations of restaurant, bar, pool bar, and other outlets. • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally. • Assign duties and train service staff. • Monitor order processing and POS control. • Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
What you’ll bring
• OND, HND or Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field. • 2-3 years relevant experience in food and beverage operations. • 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred. • Knowledge of POS systems and stock control. • Strong communication and report writing skills.
