About the role
Supervise daily operations of hotel food and beverage outlets ensuring excellent guest service and compliance with standards. Coordinate staff, manage orders, stock control, and support revenue targets.
What you’ll do
• Supervise daily operations of restaurant, bar, pool bar, and other outlets. • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally. • Assign duties and train service staff. • Monitor POS order accuracy and billing. • Manage stock levels and hygiene compliance.
What you’ll bring
• OND, HND or Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field. • 2-3 years relevant experience in food and beverage operations. • 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred. • Knowledge of POS systems and stock control. • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
