About the role
Own the technical outcome of AI Hardware systems with customers. Work on hardware and software integration, deployment, validation, automation, debugging, and operations.
What you’ll do
• Own customer outcomes in deployed environments. • Integrate and validate AI hardware systems. • Automate repetitive work. • Debug across inference stack. • Drive customer systems to resolution.
What you’ll bring
• Hands-on server hardware experience in datacenter. • Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues. • Linux systems administration and debugging. • Experience as SRE, Systems, Platform or Infrastructure Engineer. • Preferred: GPU, PCIe, cluster troubleshooting, Python, Kubernetes.
