About the role
Join Darkroom's Finance team to own financial modeling, reporting, and analysis supporting hiring and planning decisions. Use AI tools to enhance financial workflows and reporting accuracy.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain unified financial model including P&L and forecasts. • Prepare weekly pacing and monthly/quarterly performance reports. • Analyze variances and recommend model assumption changes. • Manage utilization model and connect to gross margin. • Use AI tools to automate and improve financial processes.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years experience in FP&A or related fields. • Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel. • Understand or learn unit economics in services business. • Experience using AI tools like Claude for analysis. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
