About the role
Support a portfolio of large enterprise restaurant brands to drive revenue retention and build customer trust. Serve as main contact for franchisees and locations, partnering with Senior Customer Success Managers on account strategy.
What you’ll do
• Own franchisee and location requests from intake to resolution. • Quarterback escalations until issues are solved. • Work across teams to diagnose root causes and resolve. • Build trusted relationships with key franchisees. • Identify upsell and churn risks and recommend next steps.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years account management or customer success experience. • Proficiency in G-Suite, Salesforce, and Slack. • Ability to lead with empathy and curiosity. • Passion for restaurant industry and Toast products. • Proven success operating independently in fast-paced environment.
