About the role
Investigate suspected fraudulent activities and support fund recovery efforts. Recommend control improvements to minimize fraud losses and protect the organization and customers.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve fraud issues. • Document investigation findings and maintain case records. • Complete investigations within agreed service levels. • Recommend process and control improvements. • Analyze transaction patterns to identify fraud trends.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. • 2–4 years experience in fraud investigations or related field. • Knowledge of digital payment fraud and transaction analysis. • High integrity and confidentiality. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
