Fraud Monitoring Officer

About the role
Analyze account activities to detect and prevent fraud. Investigate and escalate suspected fraud cases involving the company and merchants.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement fraud risk processes and policies. • Perform daily transaction review and trend analysis. • Provide periodic reports on blocked users and fraudulent transactions. • Conduct merchant transaction monitoring and investigations. • Maintain liaison with law enforcement and attend court hearings.
What you’ll bring
• University degree or HND in relevant fields. • Professional certification in Compliance preferred. • Minimum 5 years post-NYSC experience. • Strong experience in fraud investigations. • Good analytical and communication skills.
