About the role
Coordinate and support diverse administrative and operational tasks for Business Operations and clinical trials. Manage logistics, reporting, training, and compliance activities to ensure smooth project execution.
What you’ll do
• Organize multiple processes, procedures, or programs. • Support logistics and operational management. • Assist with process improvement initiatives. • Manage budgets, metrics, and vendor compliance. • Coordinate meetings, training, and clinical trial activities.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Life Sciences or Business Studies or equivalent. • 3+ years coordination experience in clinical research. • Valid Driver’s License. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills. • Knowledge of clinical research regulations and TMF management.
