About the role
Build and maintain product systems to help more people discover Future and convert into members. Work across web and backend surfaces powering acquisition, signup, onboarding, and early engagement.
What you’ll do
• Build and improve acquisition and conversion web surfaces. • Simplify signup, login, and onboarding processes. • Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests. • Implement full-stack features across frontend and backend. • Instrument funnels and activation milestones.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years professional software engineering experience. • Strong full-stack skills across web frontend and backend. • Experience running growth experiments in production. • Understand customer journeys and dropoff analysis. • Use AI coding tools and verify their output.
