About the role
Lead accounting operations, treasury, and financial control at IITA headquarters. Manage financial reporting, compliance, and team leadership.
What you’ll do
• Oversee general accounting and month-end close processes. • Manage treasury, liquidity, and cash flow forecasting. • Prepare financial reports and support audits. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and donor requirements. • Lead and develop the accounting and treasury team.
What you’ll bring
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. • 12 years relevant experience including 6 years management. • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA or equivalent). • Experience in financial management and treasury in complex organizations. • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
