About the role
Ensure optimal production capacity and oversee efficient production of clinker and cement to maximize revenue. Lead and coordinate the production team to meet quality, budget, and time targets.
What you’ll do
• Oversee cement kiln lining repairs and mill operations. • Coordinate planned shutdowns with Maintenance. • Communicate unit’s strategic direction to staff. • Manage production team to achieve daily targets. • Prepare production budgets and reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. • 15 years relevant experience. • 5 years in management position. • Strong knowledge of cement industry. • Good supervisory and communication skills.
