What you’ll do
• Design fine-tuning workflows for large language models. • Operate complex training pipelines reliably. • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business teams. • Conduct code and design reviews. • Mentor junior engineers.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s or PhD in CS, ML, or related field. • 6+ years ML research and engineering experience. • Proficient in Python and PyTorch. • Experience fine-tuning transformer-based models. • Familiarity with distributed training and RLHF techniques.
