About the role
Lead strategy and design for LLM-based applications and agentic workflows. Build reusable patterns and tooling for scalable AI solutions.
What you’ll do
• Define standards and architectures for LLM applications. • Design prompt structures and retrieval strategies. • Architect agentic systems with multi-step reasoning. • Develop evaluation frameworks for prompt and agent quality. • Build internal tooling to accelerate LLM development.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or related field. • 6+ years software engineering with LLM experience. • Experience shipping LLM-powered products. • Strong Python and modern frameworks skills. • Knowledge of responsible AI principles and safety.
