About the role
Senior IAM professional to implement and support PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud solutions from start to production. Focus on configuration, scripting, troubleshooting, and custom identity integrations.
What you’ll do
• Build, configure, and test Ping AIC platform environment. • Ensure continuous operation and advanced support post Go-Live. • Implement adaptive onboarding, passwordless login, MFA, SSO. • Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and security standards. • Collaborate with security, IAM, applications, and infrastructure teams.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in large-scale IAM/CIAM implementation and support. • 3+ years knowledge in CIAM, adaptive authentication, SSO, MFA. • 3+ years building authentication journeys and identity orchestration. • 3+ years experience with REST APIs, scripting, and token handling. • Practical knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML 2.0 protocols.
