About the role
Own and grow the largest, most complex strategic accounts globally for Fieldguide. Manage multi-region, multi-stakeholder relationships and coordinate internal teams to deliver unified account experiences.
What you’ll do
• Own 1–3 global strategic accounts end-to-end. • Build and execute multi-year global account strategies. • Achieve revenue targets tied to global expansion. • Build trust-based relationships with global decision-makers. • Coordinate cross-functional teams for consistent account experience.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years sales experience with large multinational accounts. • Experience managing global or multi-region account relationships. • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management. • Proven success in whitespace expansion within accounts. • Ability to operate autonomously with high ownership.
