About the role
Lead global category strategy for Full-Service CRO to drive strategic sourcing and reduce costs. Manage supplier performance, risk, and deliver value across global professional services.
What you’ll do
• Lead category management for Full-Service CRO clinical trials. • Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Compliance teams. • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with vendors. • Enable supplier governance and drive high-quality delivery. • Monitor market trends and integrate compliance into sourcing.
What you’ll bring
• Doctorate + 3 years or equivalent procurement experience. • Familiarity with procurement platforms and ERP systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience leading cross-functional global projects. • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and vendor landscape.
