The Global Payroll Analyst optimizes global payroll processes and analyzes payroll data to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant operations. This role supports payroll processing, audits, controls, and workflow improvements across multiple countries.

• Collect and analyze multi-country payroll data. • Validate payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies. • Support payroll processing and tax compliance. • Conduct payroll audits and reconcile records. • Recommend improvements to accuracy and efficiency.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years payroll analysis or related experience. • Hands-on multi-country payroll and tax knowledge. • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. • Experience with payroll software and data tools. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
