About the role
Lead Kintiga's value and access capability with strategic, commercial, and people leadership. Ensure payer and HTA perspectives are embedded in product strategy and value communication.
What you’ll do
• Lead value and access capability across HTA and reimbursement. • Provide strategic and commercial leadership. • Act as senior advisor to clients. • Embed payer perspectives in product strategy. • Lead people development and capability building.
What you’ll bring
• Significant experience in Value and Access or Market Access. • Strong understanding of payer evidence and HTA processes. • Proven leadership and people development skills. • Commercial acumen in project scoping and delivery. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
