About the role
Build and run GHL systems to convert leads into members and support gym staff. Own the platform end to end for a US-based gym business.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain lead nurture workflows. • Automate member journey and retention campaigns. • Manage pipelines, calendars, forms, and campaigns. • Provide first-line GHL support to gym owner and staff. • Create dashboards and write SOPs for recurring issues.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years hands-on GoHighLevel experience. • 1+ year customer or technical support experience. • Knowledge of Zapier, Make, n8n, or webhooks. • Fluent English and US EST work hours. • Understanding of email and SMS deliverability.
