About the role
Prepare and grill various meats and ensure food quality and hygiene at Bukka Hut. Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and grill suya, meat, chicken, fish, and other items. • Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in grill and work areas. • Monitor quality and freshness of food items. • Report stock shortages and equipment faults.
What you’ll bring
• SSCE, OND, or relevant qualification with 1-2 years experience. • Experience in grilling or restaurant operations preferred. • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene. • Ability to work in fast-paced environment. • Willing to work shifts and reside in Festac or environs.
