About the role
Provide strategic legal leadership, corporate governance oversight, and legal advisory services. Ensure compliance with laws, manage litigation, contracts, and advise Management and Board on legal risks.
What you’ll do
• Provide strategic legal advice to Board and Management. • Organise Board meetings and maintain statutory records. • Oversee legal due diligence for property transactions. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts. • Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. • Barrister-at-Law (BL) and legal practitioner enrolment in Nigeria. • Minimum 15 years post-call legal experience. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate and property law. • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
