About the role
Lead client relationships and strategy for fusepoint, Power Digital's Strategy and Measurement team. Own portfolio retention, growth, and measurement strategy while managing Account Directors and driving AI-enabled workflows.
What you’ll do
• Own net revenue retention and monthly churn targets. • Manage executive client relationships and retention forecasts. • Lead measurement strategy including MMM and incrementality testing. • Coach Account Directors to operate as AI-Native Growth Directors. • Collaborate on AI tools adoption and product quality.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years leadership in digital marketing agency. • Experience managing P&L for profitable growth. • Expertise in measurement frameworks like MMM and incrementality. • Strong marketing fluency across channels and customer journey. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
