About the role
Lead the development and management of a local influencer program across key European markets. Own roster building, content operations, and rapid response activation during sentiment events.
What you’ll do
• Map and rank Tier 1 influencer targets per market. • Mine competitor amplifiers and track top finance/crypto podcasts. • Run direct outreach and manage inbound pipeline. • Acquire and negotiate deals with key opinion leaders. • Build and maintain campaign brief templates and asset kits.
What you’ll bring
• Experience running influencer or creator programs. • Built ranked outreach target lists from scratch. • Negotiate non-cash creator deals. • Data-driven with performance metric tracking. • Fluent in English and one EEA market language.
