About the role
Design and deliver AI agents and workflows to secure renewals and grow revenue from existing customers. Integrate signals from product usage, support, and renewals into actionable workflows.
What you’ll do
• Build AI agents to monitor renewal health and signal at-risk accounts. • Design agentic cross-selling workflows for existing customers. • Own data flow between product usage systems and CRM. • Replace manual processes with reusable AI agents and pipelines. • Report on pipeline, conversion, renewal results, and revenue impact.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, or marketing operations. • Proficient with low-code orchestration tools and Python or TypeScript. • Knowledge of agentic tools and LLM workflow design. • Functional SQL skills for data validation. • Strong understanding of subscription business metrics and CRM integration.
