About the role
Partner with Revenue org to run full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles. Shape role strategy and build scalable hiring processes.
What you’ll do
• Full-cycle recruiting for Sales Development, Account Executives, Partnerships. • Partner with GTM leadership on role requirements and hiring strategy. • Design and manage efficient, transparent candidate pipelines. • Advise hiring teams with market insights and data-driven recommendations. • Represent ElevenLabs externally to promote brand and values.
