About the role
Deliver a warm, welcoming, and seamless arrival experience for guests. Coordinate with Food & Beverage team and uphold Hilton standards.
What you’ll do
• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely manner. • Welcome guests and escort them to tables. • Provide accurate wait-time estimates. • Handle guest complaints professionally. • Comply with hotel security and health regulations.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum HND or BSc. • Experience in Food and Beverage or Guest Experience. • Good communication skills oral and written. • Ability to work under pressure. • Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
