About the role
Manage guest requests and complaints to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience. Deliver excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and coordinating concierge services.
What you’ll do
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries. • Maintain confidentiality of guest information. • Handle room reservations and modifications. • Prepare reports on guest feedback and complaints. • Coordinate concierge services and VIP arrivals.
What you’ll bring
• Ability to handle complaints calmly. • Work shifts, weekends, and holidays. • Excellent organizational skills. • Minimum OND or HND in related field. • Good communication and basic computer skills.
