About the role
Provide warm guest reception and efficient front desk services at Bolton White Hotels. Handle check-in, check-out, inquiries, and coordinate guest needs.
What you’ll do
• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival. • Handle check-in, check-out, and room assignments. • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints. • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments. • Process reservations, payments, and maintain records.
What you’ll bring
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred. • Experience in customer service or hotel front desk advantageous. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in PMS and MS Office. • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.
