About the role
Lead implementation of emerging hardware technologies from prototype to scalable design standards. Ensure new products work in real environments and solve integration challenges early.
What you’ll do
• Own implementation path from prototype to standardization. • Work with teams to validate real-world requirements. • Translate prototypes into deployable solutions. • Identify and mitigate integration risks. • Coordinate with vendors and consultants.
What you’ll bring
• Mechanical engineering background preferred. • Experience in R&D or prototyping workflows. • Familiarity with permitting and compliance. • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Miro, Asana. • 5-8+ years in engineering or product implementation roles.
