About the role
Lead and scale the Client Services organization in APAC to drive retention, growth, and operational excellence. Represent APAC in global leadership and influence client services strategy.
What you’ll do
• Lead and coach leaders to deliver exceptional client results. • Drive retention and account expansion strategies. • Partner with Sales on account planning and renewals. • Meet client executives and speak at industry events. • Coordinate with Legal and Revenue Operations for compliance.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in client services or account management. • 5+ years senior leadership in APAC markets. • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem. • Experience managing executive-level client relationships. • Strong financial and stakeholder management skills.
