About the role
Lead the bids team to create compelling tenders for transit agencies internationally. Own pricing, commercial strategy, and governance for winning new business.
What you’ll do
• Lead bids from qualification to submission and award. • Own pricing and commercial strategy for each bid. • Run governance to decide which opportunities to pursue. • Coordinate input from Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance. • Build and develop the bids function and team.
What you’ll bring
• Experience winning high-value competitive bids. • Familiar with bids team leadership and governance. • Able to build and explain pricing strategy. • Comfortable presenting bid risk to senior leadership. • Strong communication across teams and time zones.
