About the role
Lead compliance and AML programs as Head of Compliance and MLRO. Build and embed a culture of compliance across the organisation.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary contact with regulatory bodies. • Design and maintain compliance framework. • Act as designated MLRO overseeing AML/CFT. • Prepare compliance reports for Board. • Champion compliance culture and training.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field. • 8+ years in compliance or AML roles. • Experience in virtual asset service providers or fintech. • Professional AML/compliance certification preferred. • Strong knowledge of FATF and crypto AML typologies.
