About the role
Lead and expand Verista's compliance services line, managing projects and client relationships in life sciences. Drive strategy, delivery, and growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Own and develop service line offerings and strategy. • Manage annual P&L and revenue growth targets. • Lead project delivery as subject matter expert. • Support sales and new engagement activities. • Supervise and develop delivery directors.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline. • 15+ years in GMP regulated environment. • 10+ years in professional services consulting. • Expert knowledge of FDA, ISPE, ISO standards. • Experience managing large projects and teams.
