About the role
Lead compliance for Gemini’s deposit and lending products including crypto credit cards. Develop strategy to scale compliance programs and support product delivery.
What you’ll do
• Oversee consumer compliance program per laws and regulations. • Advise credit card and lending product teams. • Manage compliance team and reporting. • Liaise with sponsor bank and regulators. • Oversee risk assessments and remediation plans.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree; CRCM or JD preferred. • 10+ years compliance experience, 4+ years consumer compliance. • Deep knowledge of lending and banking laws. • Experience in fast-scaling business. • Proven oversight of Compliance Management System.
