About the role
Lead and expand Verista's Digital and IT Services line, managing delivery and client relationships in life sciences. Drive strategy, growth, and project execution as a subject matter expert.
What you’ll do
• Own and define service line offerings and delivery coverage. • Manage annual P&L and revenue growth targets. • Lead and support project delivery as technical SME. • Drive sales and new engagement activities. • Supervise and develop a team of Delivery Directors.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in technical (STEM) discipline. • 15+ years in GMP regulated life sciences environment. • 10+ years professional services and consulting experience. • Expert knowledge of FDA regulations and industry standards. • Proven leadership managing large teams and projects.
