What you’ll do
• Own enablement strategy, roadmap, and budget. • Design onboarding and training for sales and customer success. • Build and maintain playbooks and content library. • Create CSM playbook and train on health scoring. • Partner with managers on coaching and handoffs.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in sales or customer success enablement. • Proven track record improving ramp time and retention. • Experience with Sales and Customer Success leaders. • Strong facilitation and program design skills. • Bachelor's degree in related field.
