About the role
Lead and manage engineering functions to ensure maintenance, reliability, and technical leadership for plant machinery and equipment.
What you’ll do
• Ensure maintenance planning and engineering cost control. • Build and manage competent Engineering team. • Manage electrical systems and automation. • Drive equipment reliability improvement. • Lead mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance systems. • Experience with milling/process machinery. • Proven mechanical and electrical engineering management. • Minimum 10 years industrial engineering experience. • Strong PLC, HMI, VFD and automation knowledge.
