About the role
Lead Descript's enterprise marketing to convert self-serve users into enterprise contracts and grow upmarket pipeline. Own strategy, campaigns, and cross-functional partnerships to drive demand and conversion.
What you’ll do
• Co-own upmarket pipeline targets with Sales. • Build and execute enterprise demand playbook. • Design account-based programs for high-fit accounts. • Partner with Product on self-serve to enterprise conversion. • Track and report on marketing performance and pipeline.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years B2B marketing experience. • 3+ years scaling upmarket demand motion. • Experience at product-led company. • Strong analytical and measurement skills. • Experience co-owning pipeline with Sales.
