About the role
Lead growth across demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement at a remote-first B2B SaaS company. Own the full funnel from campaign strategy through closed-won and build scalable systems and reporting.
What you’ll do
• Plan and run integrated campaigns for product launches and events. • Own demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels. • Run industry awards program and activate community opportunities. • Grow micro-influencer program with industry practitioners and investors. • Build and automate growth workflows connecting HubSpot and marketing channels.
What you’ll bring
• 6-8 years in high-growth B2B software environment. • Proven demand generation or content programs generating pipeline. • Experience with marketing automation, data integrations, AI workflows. • Technical fluency with CMS, analytics, and engineering collaboration. • Proficiency with Claude or similar AI tools and workflow automation.
