About the role
Lead the laboratory, supervise personnel, ensure reliable results, and maintain quality standards. Focus on Chemical Pathology/Clinical Chemistry with coordination of other disciplines.
What you’ll do
• Oversee daily laboratory operations. • Supervise chemical pathology investigations and review results. • Manage quality control and corrective actions. • Ensure proper sample handling and storage. • Supervise and train laboratory staff and interns.
What you’ll bring
• BMLS/B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent. • Full MLSCN registration and practising licence. • 5+ years post-NYSC experience, 2+ in leadership. • Strong experience in Chemical Pathology/Clinical Chemistry. • Competence in automated analysers and quality control.
