About the role
Provide strategic legal advisory, corporate governance and regulatory compliance support. Oversee legal affairs and company secretarial responsibilities.
What you’ll do
• Review and negotiate construction and consultancy contracts. • Manage legal disputes and coordinate external solicitors. • Advise on property transactions and land laws. • Ensure compliance with CAMA 2020 and corporate governance. • Prepare meeting notices, agendas, minutes and resolutions.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5 years post-call experience. • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B). • Barrister-at-Law (B.L) called to Nigerian Bar. • Knowledge of CAMA 2020 and Nigerian property laws. • Experience in real estate or property development preferred.
