About the role
Coordinate operational activities across financial services and field operations. Translate management priorities into actionable plans and improve processes.

• Support growth initiatives and scale operational processes. • Prepare operational performance reports. • Ensure compliance with operational and risk procedures. • Strengthen operational controls to prevent losses. • Coordinate vendors, procurement, logistics and service agreements.
What you’ll bring
• Ability to coordinate teams and improve operations. • High integrity and accountability. • Bachelor's Degree or HND in related discipline. • Experience in fintech, banking or logistics preferred. • 5–8 years operational experience with management role.
