About the role
Oversee development and growth of the OTC market to increase participation and liquidity. Support market integrity and expand securities and participants on the platform.
What you’ll do
• Work with Market Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk Management, Business Development. • Support development and implementation of market rules and procedures. • Drive onboarding and participation of brokers, dealers, issuers, investors. • Identify opportunities to increase trading in unlisted securities. • Produce market performance reports and recommendations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. • 10–12 years experience in capital markets or related areas. • Strong understanding of OTC markets and regulatory frameworks. • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. • Experience managing teams or market development initiatives.
