About the role
Lead and manage the retail sales distribution network for personal banking. Build and motivate a large independent contractor field force and regional management team.
What you’ll do
• Own sales team performance and acquisition targets. • Manage agent productivity and network health. • Design territory structure and recruitment targets. • Control cost per acquisition and commission structures. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll bring
• 10-15 years field sales leadership experience. • Experience managing large distributed agent networks. • Proven commission scheme design and management. • Strong sales analytics and people leadership skills. • Experience in regulated industries and willingness to travel.
