About the role
Lead and oversee the entire project delivery function of X-Force Engineering Limited. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
What you’ll do
• Implement QA/QC systems and oversee Quantity Surveying. • Oversee project planning and scheduling across all projects. • Maintain executive oversight of HSE performance. • Serve as senior client interface for project delivery matters. • Provide strategic leadership of the Project Management Office.
What you’ll bring
• B.Eng. or B.Sc. in relevant engineering field. • M.Sc. in Project Management or MBA strongly required. • Membership of Nigerian Society of Engineers mandatory. • COREN Full Registration (R.Eng.) mandatory. • Minimum 10 to 15 years post-qualification experience with 3 years senior leadership.
Life at X-Force Engineering
Combination of head office and active project site work with regular travel. Occasional international travel for development.
