About the role
Lead and develop the retention area focusing on E-Mail and WhatsApp marketing for D2C E-Commerce brands. Manage strategy, execution, and team leadership in retention campaigns and automations.
What you’ll do
• Develop retention strategies for D2C E-Commerce brands. • Implement E-Mail flows and automations in Klaviyo. • Analyze purchase behavior and segment customers. • Evaluate and introduce new retention channels. • Lead retention team and build processes.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years D2C E-Commerce E-Mail marketing or CRM experience. • Experience analyzing data to optimize campaigns. • Skilled in briefing E-Mail texts and client coordination. • Experience building a new department. • Active use of AI tools and WhatsApp marketing.
