Lead and architect the commercial operating model for Penn Foster's revenue operations. Drive strategy and execution across sales, marketing, and learner success to scale revenue performance.
What you’ll do
• Serve as strategic advisor to Chief Commercial Officer. • Build and lead unified Revenue Operations organization. • Shape GTM strategy and own revenue lifecycle operations. • Own forecasting, pipeline discipline, and governance forums. • Lead GTM technology and data roadmap.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years leadership in Revenue or Sales Operations. • Experience in private-equity-backed or transformation environment. • Proven track record building or transforming RevOps functions. • Strong analytical and sales forecasting skills. • Fluency with Salesforce and GTM technology stack.
