About the role
Lead BuildShare's robotics area as a co-founder and partner. Own and grow robotics IP and build a scalable micro-manufacturing system.
What you’ll do
• Lead robotics area end to end like a CEO. • Own and grow robotics IP and automation workflows. • Design and prototype micro-manufacturing system. • Build and lead robotics team scaling efforts. • Represent BuildShare robotics publicly and to investors.
What you’ll bring
• Hands-on robotics experience and passion. • Skills in mechatronics, controls, ROS, CAD, or automation. • Ownership mindset and drive to build from zero. • At least 4 hours daily availability. • Fluent English and US Eastern Time overlap.
