About the role
Lead a motivated sales team across the Great Plains to scale business growth in agriculture. Manage full customer cycle from new sales to account management with strategic leadership.
What you’ll do
• Lead sales strategy and set team targets. • Manage and coach a team of 10-20 sales reps. • Develop and implement training programs. • Ensure positive customer experience and retention. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and support teams.
